Refund Policy

1. Full Refund

You are entitled to a full refund if you cancel your order more than 48 hours before your scheduled build begins. To cancel, email ssjdmack@gmail.com with your order details.

2. Missed Deadline — 50% Refund

If AutoSite AI fails to deliver your completed website by the agreed deadline, you will automatically receive a 50% refund of your purchase price. This is processed within 5 business days of the missed deadline.

Delivery deadlines per tier:

• Landing Page — 48 hours from build start
• Starter — 48 hours from build start
• Growth — 72 hours from build start
• Pro — 5 business days from build start

3. No Refund

No refund is issued in the following circumstances:

• You fail to provide required content or information within 24 hours of your scheduled build start
• You are unresponsive during the build process causing delays
• The website has been delivered and you change your mind about the project
• Delays are caused by factors outside our control (third-party outages, DNS propagation, etc.)

4. Cancellation After Build Starts

If you cancel after your build has commenced but before delivery, no refund is available. The build process begins automatically upon payment confirmation.

5. How Refunds Are Processed

All refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe. Processing time is 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If our services are not fit for purpose or not delivered as described, you may be entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law regardless of the above.
