These Terms of Service govern your use of AutoSite AI (operated by Dylan McCormack, ABN 46 906 512 871) and the services available at buildautosite.com. By purchasing or using our services you agree to these terms in full.
AutoSite AI provides AI-generated website previews and complete website delivery for local businesses. Our SiteSneak™ tool generates a personalised homepage preview at no cost. Paying customers receive a fully built, deployed, and GitHub-hosted website within the delivery window for their chosen tier.
Delivery times begin once payment is confirmed and all required client information has been received by us.
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are one-time fees — there is no subscription, recurring charge, or hidden cost. International cards are accepted via Stripe. You must provide accurate billing information. GST is included where applicable.
If your completed website is not delivered within 5 business days of your payment being confirmed (and all required information having been provided), you are entitled to a full refund upon request. Refund requests must be submitted by email to ssjdmack@gmail.com.
No refund is available if:
Upon receipt of full payment, you own your delivered website and all of its content in full. AutoSite AI retains no rights, licences, or claims to the delivered site. We do not retain the right to display your project in our portfolio without your explicit written consent.
Content you provide to us (copy, images, logos, brand assets) remains your property at all times. By submitting it, you grant us a limited licence to use it solely for the purpose of building your site.
You may not use our service to build websites that:
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that, in our sole judgement, violates these conditions — with a full refund issued.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, AutoSite AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, business opportunities, or any other business outcome resulting from your website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or business at our sole discretion, including where we believe an order violates these Terms or applicable law. Where service is refused before delivery has begun, a full refund will be issued.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Queensland. If you are located in another jurisdiction, nothing in these Terms limits your rights under local consumer protection laws.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will give at least 30 days notice by email before any material change takes effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised.
